Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bougie & Green. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we offer a 21-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Window

You have 21 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn/Unused: The item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase that came with your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at info@bougiegreen.com to request a return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to safely package and return your item.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Please keep a record of your return tracking number.
  4. Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Exchanges

While we don't offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  
  • Refund Status: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@bougiegreen.com. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bougiegreen.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 
  • Health and beauty products
  • Gift cards

Import Taxes

Please note that any duties and import taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable.
